I understand where you’re coming from by saying the best thing most of us can do for the planet is to stop living. Especially with the problem with overpopulation. Another way of looking at it though would be to say if all the people who were selfless enough to stop living, stopped living, then what would that do to change the attitudes and behavior of those still living and the trajectory of society? We need more people who are able to act from a place of clarity and discernment. We don’t need the people who are wise/selfless enough to give up their lives to simply do so and exit. And, even though we have so many people on the planet now and so much knowledge and technology, it seems we still don’t have those people, or at least, they are not yet active and organized in the world.

Just a thought.
