A world without conflict is a utopia. And the problem with utopias is that one person's idea of a utopia could be another person's idea of a dystopia. People also get weird without things that challenge them. One of these things is relationships – a big source of conflict.

The question isn't if we can live without conflict, but how can we manage moments and situations of conflict so they are as free as possible from agressive and unnecessarily harmful behaviour.

Conflict can be calm, peaceful, compassionate, and incredibly fruitful.
